A 45 yr old lady presented with a lump in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast.

Mammography, ultrasound and core biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of an Invasive Lobular Carcinoma.

Pre-operatively 0.2ml of Nanocolloidal albumin labelled with 15Mbq of Tc 99m was injected at the periareolar margin.   Left anterior-oblique and lateral gamma camera images are shown below.
