Pre-operative sentinel node imaging shows rapid migration of the nanocolloidal albumin from the injection site to 2 nodes in the left axilla.   A lymphatic tract is seen leading from the injection site to the 2 nodes, indicating that these are true sentinel nodes, on imaging criteria.
